Weekly Resource Partner Spotlight

County Corp Development is a small business lending resource helping small businesses in our region expand.  We provide low fixed interest rate long term loans for investments in real estate and equipment.  Partnering with local lending institutions, we help small businesses reduce the required cash equity to expand.  A sampling of recent loan approvals from County Corp Development include the following businesses: a food service franchise, a child day care provider, a manufacturer of composite building products, an optometrist, and an automobile dealer.  All of these businesses pursued financing from County Corp Development to lower their required cash equity to get their project completed, and to reduce their project interest expense cost.
